Please treat the public with more respect and make "real" how to videos. I mean any one with this fridge will tell you that the water tank does not just gently lift off for cleaning. And I nearly fell off my chair when this video shows tank in its place firmly at 0:05 secs, yet mysteriously as the Step one Text appears at 0:08 secs, the tank seems to have met the masked magician and learnt how to levitate and is now almost floating above where it needs to be! Remarkable....and when the paid hand model casually just balances the tank to complete this "how to" video ,my resolve to never do business with Westinghouse and daddy Electrolux became official.

What is Styrofoam inside the fridge, when I remove flex space cover you can see it. are this part of packaging or leave it.?

Is there a secret to lifting it out? Mine doesn’t wanna budge and don’t want to force it too hard.
